- Pickup and drop-off addresses when you place an order

- Device location (to show your pickup address and track deliveries)
- Device type, operating system and app version
- Order history and app usage patterns
- Push notification token to send delivery updates

- To process and track your deliveries
- To connect you with available riders near you

- To calculate delivery fees based on distance

3. Location Data
We request access to your device location to help fill in your pickup address automatically and to display your position on the delivery map. Location is only used while the app is active. We do not track your location in the background.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share your information only as necessary:
- Riders: Your name, phone number and delivery address are shared with the rider assigned to your order so they can contact you and complete the delivery.
- Payment processors: Payment details are handled by our payment partner (Flutterwave) under their own privacy policy.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order history is kept for up to 3 years for legal and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
